Junior Consultant (Fresher)

About the Role

This is a structured entry-level role designed to build the next generation of housing society consultants. As a Junior Consultant, you will shadow senior team members on client visits, assist with documentation and compliance tasks, and gradually take on independent responsibilities. If you are organised, people-oriented, and interested in cooperative law and society management, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Assist Society Management Executives with day-to-day client tasks
• Prepare draft notices, letters, and minutes under supervision
• Maintain physical and digital documentation for client societies
• Attend society meetings and take detailed notes
• Research MCS Act provisions, bye-laws, and Registrar circulars as required
• Support AGM preparation including venue coordination and member communication
• Update records and track compliance deadlines across client societies

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline — Law, Commerce, or Arts preferred
• Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English
• Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Thane / Mumbai resident preferred

Good to Have

• Any internship or project experience related to cooperative societies, housing, or real estate
• Interest in Maharashtra cooperative law
• Two-wheeler licence
